Job summary

Grosvenor Facilities Management is seeking a capable operations lead to oversee an 11-school contract, spanning 2 secondary and 9 primary sites. You will travel between locations to supervise site teams, ensure compliance with ISO 9001/14001, and deliver value to clients.

The role requires managing preventative and reactive maintenance, budget oversight, and continuous improvement across the portfolio, with on-call responsibilities and weekend flexibility as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Experience managing contractor teams on multiple sites.
• Water governance training and experience.
• Relevant trade qualifications as listed (plumbing, HVAC, electrical).
• Regulatory/compliance knowledge including ISO 9001/14001 and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 11-school contract including 2 secondary and 9 primary schools.
• Lead site teams across locations and ensure operational oversight.
• Maintain regulatory and quality standards (ISO 9001/ISO 14001).
• Ensure value delivery to clients and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage PPM and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate contractors and third-party service providers.
