Job summary

Orion Ravensbourne in Bromley is seeking a proactive Cluster Site Manager to lead the estates and facilities across our group of schools. You will ensure safe, compliant, well-maintained sites that support pupils, staff, and visitors.

The role requires hands-on leadership of premises staff, management of planned maintenance, liaising with contractors, managing budgets, and driving continuous improvement across sites. A full UK driving licence and IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading estates and facilities across multiple sites.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder liaison.
• Experience with compliance, H&S frameworks and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead estates and facilities across a group of schools to ensure safe, compliant and well-maintained sites.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, planned preventative maintenance and site compliance.
• Liaise with contractors and stakeholders, manage budgets and drive continuous improvement across sites.
• Travel between Trust sites as required and manage premises teams.
