Minerva Defence is seeking a Facilities & Operations Manager to oversee building maintenance, safety and compliance across two sites in the UK. You will ensure operations run smoothly, manage budgets and liaise with landlords while leading safety initiatives and RAMS development.

Qualifikationen

• NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent H&S certification, with working knowledge of UK health, safety and fire legislation.
• 5+ years in facilities management, including industrial or multi-site environments.
• Experience running risk assessments and leading incident investigations.
• Experience managing facilities budgets, service contracts and landlord relationships.

Aufgaben

• Oversee maintenance, repair and operation of buildings and infrastructure at two sites.
• Manage service contracts for cleaning, security, waste, utilities, grounds, M&E servicing, alarms and CCTV.
• Create and run a preventive maintenance programme; manage reactive maintenance through contractors.
• Liaise with landlords on structural and building fabric matters across sites.
• Monitor utility usage and control costs; manage facilities budget and fit-outs.
