Job summary

Aspire People is seeking a reliable Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across three school sites: two in West Ealing and one in Hayes. The role requires hands-on facility management, coordination of maintenance, safety, and cleaning, and regular site inspections.

You will travel between sites, ensure secure premises, manage contractors, and maintain accurate records. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential, with a proactive, organised approach valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in site management or facilities roles within education or similar environments.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and coordinate contractors.
• Proven understanding of health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance, safety and upkeep of three sites.
• Ensure buildings, grounds and facilities are maintained to a high standard.
• Carry out site inspections and coordinate repairs.
• Manage security including opening/locking up as required.
• Monitor cleaning, maintenance and contractor work.
• Travel between West Ealing and Hayes sites to maintain consistent standards.
• Maintain records of inspections and health and safety checks.
• Communicate effectively with staff and external contractors.
