Job summary

iCOMAT is seeking a Facilities Manager to own UK sites end to end, including Gloucester, Swindon and Bristol. You will lead building fabric, utilities, HVAC and maintenance, develop fit-outs and site projects, and ensure compliance and audit readiness.

You will build the function from the ground up, manage contractors, and report KPIs to leadership. Travel between sites is required; a hands-on, practical leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities management or site operations in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Track record delivering fit-outs, relocations and site projects on time and on budget.
• Strong project management from scoping to contractor handover.
• Solid knowledge of building services: utilities, HVAC, compressed air, electrical and mechanical plant.
• Experience managing facilities budgets and service contracts.
• Familiarity with statutory compliance and planned preventative maintenance.
• Hands-on approach building the function while operating daily.

Responsibilities

• Own UK sites end to end: Gloucester, Swindon and Bristol.
• Lead facilities projects from shell to fully operational state.
• Maintain building fabric, utilities, HVAC, lifting equipment and access control.
• Coordinate contractors and negotiate facilities contracts on cost and quality.
• Report facilities KPIs to the management team.
