Kindred is hiring a Regional Manager to lead on-site teams, ensuring cleaning standards and client satisfaction across multiple sites in the UK. The role requires driving profitability, budget adherence, and ongoing staff development.

You will build strong client relationships, oversee safety compliance, and contribute to strategic initiatives. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication, leadership experience, and the ability to travel to sites with a full driving licence.

Qualificações

• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Strong leadership with ability to plan and influence at senior level.
• Experience managing budgets and financial performance.
• Hold a full driving licence and willing to travel to sites.
• Basic IT tools proficiency: Excel, Word, Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Drive operational excellence and maximise contract profitability across on-site teams.
• Manage financial performance by adhering to budget allocations.
• BuildRobust client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Uphold high standards of service delivery across all sites.
• Recruit, onboard and coach site teams for growth and performance.
• Conduct monthly quality audits to ensure compliance with standards.
• Support the Operations Manager on projects and reporting.
• Lead contract reviews with clients and ensure transparency.
• Champion Health & Safety and legislative compliance.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost savings.
• Pursue additional services and opportunities for clients.
