SeeMe Hired Ltd is seeking a Regional Manager to lead operational excellence across multiple sites in the UK. You will empower supervisors and operatives, ensuring the highest cleaning standards and strong client satisfaction, with a DBS check required for safeguarding.

You will recruit, train, and coach site teams, build client relationships, and drive continuous improvement while traveling between sites and maintaining health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Full driving license and ability to travel to sites.

• Drive operational excellence and maximise contract profitability by leading on-site teams.
• Manage financial performance by adhering to budget allocations.

• Conduct monthly quality audits.
• Support Operations Manager with projects and reports.
• Facilitate contract and specification review meetings with clients.
• Champion Health & Safety compliance.
• Pursue opportunities for cost efficiencies and service expansion.
