Job summary

Samsic Facility is seeking a Contract Cleaning Manager to oversee a multi-site cleaning operation across five locations in Aberdeen. The role focuses on delivering high standards, staff leadership, and client satisfaction within a reputable professional services organisation.

You will manage shifts, train staff, and ensure compliance with health & safety policies while maintaining strong client relationships and service quality across the contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a cleaning team.
• Strong supervisory style with experience in recruitment, onboarding, training and development.
• Passionate about people and people development.
• Health and Safety qualification or relevant experience.
• Client liaison experience.
• Full clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage team of cleaning staff across 5 Aberdeen sites.
• Ensure cleaning service delivery specification is implemented and adhered to.
• Liaise with clients and monitor standards and satisfaction via ECAT/QSL indicators.
• Handle client queries and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Ensure adequate supplies are onsite and managed.
• Recruit, induct and train new staff; provide ongoing guidance and coaching.
• Resolve disciplinary/ grievance matters per policy.
• Oversee training and development of cleaning staff.
