Job summary

The Commercial Hotel is actively seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership across multiple venues in the UK. You will drive performance, shape venue strategies and uphold brand standards while championing a culture of service excellence.

This role emphasizes financial accountability, cost control and continuous improvement. You will coach General Managers, lead recruitment, and coordinate cross-venue collaboration with regular travel to sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Area Manager, Operations Manager, or Multi-Site Leader within the hospitality, hotel, or leisure sectors.
• Strong financial acumen with extensive experience managing multi-site P&Ls, margins, and labor costs.
• Demonstrated track record of coaching and developing General Managers and senior venue teams.
• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel regularly throughout your region.

Responsibilities

• Multi-site oversight: Manage the overall operational performance across all assigned venues.
• Group objectives: Execute group operational objectives and help guide and develop individual venue strategy in line with those goals.
• Continuous improvement: Conduct market analysis and implement changes to drive ongoing growth and development.
• Culture ambassador: Actively embrace and represent our culture across all venues and teams.
