Responsibilities

• Support the Directorate Management Team in day-to-day operations.
• Lead and develop administrative and reception teams; supervise, recruit, performance manage, coach.
• Drive improvements in patient safety, experience and service effectiveness.
• Oversee waiting lists, data quality and electronic systems to support clinical decisions.
• Represent the Directorate and build relationships with clinical and corporate teams.
• Ensure efficient use of resources and contribute to objectives.
• Support transformation aligned to the Trust strategy.
• Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Provide operational leadership across multiple community clinic sites.
