Job summary

Cleanology is seeking a Cleaning Manager Support to assist the Area Operations Manager with day-to-day management and performance of multiple client sites across Glasgow, Edinburgh, and Newcastle. You will act as a bridge between frontline teams and management, uphold service standards, deliver on-site training, and ensure compliance.

This role offers hands-on site management experience, opportunities for leadership development, and a clear pathway within Cleanology's growing business.

Qualifications

• Must have a hands-on, proactive approach.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail under pressure.
• Ability to travel regularly between sites across the region.

Responsibilities

• Cover cleaning operatives as needed at various sites.
• Site visits for spot checking and quality control.
• Stock check and stock control.
• Maintain site folders and ensure compliance.
• Train new cleaning operatives and refresh training when required.
• Inform and train cleaners on new tasks or products.
