Hollybank Trustees Ltd in Belfast, UK, invites applications for an Area Cleaning Supervisor on a full-time basis. You will support cleaning services across client sites in Northern Ireland, combining hands-on duties with supervisory responsibilities.

The role requires 3+ years in commercial/industrial cleaning, a full UK driving licence, and proven leadership. You will conduct site visits, quality checks, and mentor cleaning operatives while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Full, clean UK/EEA driving licence (essential).
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial or industrial cleaning.
• Supervisory or team leader experience (minimum 1 year preferred).
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, COSHH and Health & Safety legislation.
• Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.

Responsibilities

• Assist Operations Management with day-to-day coordination and delivery of cleaning services.
• Conduct regular site inspections, client visits and quality audits.
• Support recruitment by inducting, training and mentoring cleaners.
• Ensure compliance with policies, health and safety, and site procedures.
• Maintain records on cleaning standards, attendance, audits and activities.
• Build strong relationships with clients and cleaning teams.
• Identify issues and implement solutions.
• Support customer satisfaction across contracts.
• Promote professional, customer-focused representation on client sites.
