Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a proactive cleaning operative to support hygiene standards across multiple sites. You will follow client specifications, cover periods of absence, and help maintain contract resource levels.

The ideal candidate will have the right to work in the UK, a full UK driving license, experience in cleaning, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of health and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Must have right to work in the UK.
• Experience working in a cleaning environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• An understanding of management techniques, Health and Safety, organisation methods and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• To assist with cleaning across various sites, ensuring that the client specification/cleaning requirements are met and set contract resource levels are being adhered to.
• To cover periods of absence, sickness and holidays, as instructed by the Area Manager. This activity will be required to be covered within the agreed time periods or within a two-hour elapsed period subject to site location/s
• To develop and maintain a professional and proactive business relationship with all levels of client’s representatives, promoting the Company and development of services
