Job summary

Anchor Group Services is seeking a professional Corporate Security & Concierge Officer to provide security and front-of-house services across multiple Liverpool sites. You will patrol, control access, assist visitors and maintain high standards of customer service while representing our clients with a calm, polished approach.

Ideal candidates will hold a valid frontline SIA Licence, have prior corporate office experience, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Essential: Valid frontline SIA Licence.
• Essential: Previous experience in corporate office environments.
• Desirable: CCTV Licence.
• 5-year employment history (checkable).
• Flexible to cover shifts across sites.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.

Responsibilities

• Protect client property, people and assets per site procedures and AI.
• Conduct regular site patrols to deter unauthorised activity.
• Manage access control, passes and permits.
• Report irregularities and escalate incidents appropriately.
• Operate and monitor CCTV systems and respond to incidents.

Anchor Group Services is looking for professional,customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as a Corporate Security& Concierge Officer, providing cover across a portfolio of prestigiouscorporate locations in Liverpool.

This is an ideal opportunity for experienced Security Officerswho take pride in their appearance, communication skills, and ability todeliver exceptional customer service. We are seeking individuals who canconfidently engage with clients, visitors, contractors, and members of thepublic, acting as both a security presence and a professional ambassador forour clients.

The role combines traditional security responsibilities withfront-of-house, concierge and customer service duties, requiring a polished andprofessional approach at all times. Successful candidates will be comfortableworking within corporate office environments, carrying out patrols, managingaccess control, supporting reception areas, monitoring CCTV systems andresponding to incidents while maintaining the highest standards ofprofessionalism.

We are looking for officers who possess excellent verbal andwritten English communication skills, a smart and well-presented appearance,strong attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to delivering outstandingcustomer service.

Duties include:

• Protectingthe client’s property, people and/or assets by providing security servicesin direct accordance with the sites published Assignment Instructions(AI’s) and site-specific procedures
• Conductingregular patrols of the site to deter and detect unauthorised activity
• Monitoringand managing access control, including issuing and checking passes orpermits
• Preventinglosses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing offenders ofpolicy and procedures
• Preventingand escalating incidents in a timely, accurate and appropriate manner tothe Control Room/ Shift Manager/Operations Manager/Emergency Services asappropriate for serious incidents
• Operatingand monitoring site CCTV equipment
• Completingreports by recording observations, information, occurrences, andsurveillance activities
• Maintainingorganisation's stability and reputation by complying with legalrequirements
• Contributingto team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Actingas a first line support to customers and visitors to the site, providing aprofessional and friendly service
• Understandingthe needs of our customer, respond accordingly to customer queries andrequests and take appropriate action
• Maintainingprofessional conduct at all times

Requirements

• Full 5-year employment checkable history
• ESSENTIAL: Valid frontline SIA Licence
• DESIREABLE: Valid CCTV Licence
• ESSENTIAL: Previous e xperience working in corporate office environments
• Customer service experience and confidence to handle conflictin a correct manner
• Flexible to meet the job requirements and cover shifts asrequired
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Smart appearance and be well-groomed
• Reliable and punctual
