Vertas Group is hiring a Caretaker to cover sites around Rushcliffe and West Bridgford. The role is 30 hours per week, 06:00–09:00 and 15:00–18:00, 52 weeks a year, supporting a range of facilities services across multiple sites.

You will be responsible for opening/closing sites, waste management, porterage, and general upkeep. You should have strong customer service, be a team player, and capable of independent work with attention to safety.

Qualifications

• Great customer service experience in a similar setting.
• Team player who delivers excellent service across locations.
• Ability to adapt and respond to changes in a growing organisation.

Responsabilités

• Opening and securing sites as required.
• Travelling between locations to provide caretaking support.
• Waste management and porterage tasks.
• Light decorating and general maintenance work.
• Site inspections and health and safety checks.
• Supporting contractors on site and reporting issues.
