Job summary

Vertas Group's Facilities Team is seeking a mobile caretaker to cover Rushcliffe and West Bridgford sites. The role focuses on opening/closing buildings, safety checks, waste management, and general upkeep across multiple sites.

It is a 30-hour, Monday–Friday position with travel between locations and DBS/right to work checks required before offer. Ideal candidates will have experience in a similar setting, basic maintenance skills, and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar setting.
• Enhanced DBS check required.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Basic maintenance and DIY skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and secure sites as needed.
• Travel between locations to provide caretaking support.

• Light decorating and maintenance tasks.
