Job summary

Vertas Group in South Derbyshire is seeking a Mobile Caretaker to join our Facilities Team on a part-time basis. You will support caretaking, cleaning and basic maintenance, helping to keep our premises safe and welcoming.

You will work 18.5 hours per week across Monday to Friday, covering early morning and late afternoon windows. The role includes key holder responsibilities and a focus on high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Experience in caretaking, maintenance or similar settings is required.
• Desirable knowledge of Legionella and fire alarm systems.
