Leaders in Care seeks an ambitious Operations Manager to support a portfolio of care homes in the North East. You will work with Home Managers to enhance performance, grow occupancy and ensure an exceptional resident experience.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining commercial focus with a commitment to high-quality care across multiple sites. A strategic yet practical approach will be essential to drive results and service excellence.
