Job summary

Park Royal Interaction is seeking a reliable Multi drop Van Driver for a client site in Park Royal. The role involves driving standard vans on designated routes, loading goods, and ensuring timely deliveries with accurate route updates via in-cab tech.

The ideal candidate holds a UK Category B licence with at least 12 months of relevant driving experience, and demonstrates punctuality, good English, and knowledge of road networks.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid UK Category B driving licence.
• Minimum 12 months experience driving Category B vehicles.
• No more than six penalty points (minor infringements only).
• Good knowledge of the UK road network is required.
• Ability to read and speak English to a good level.
• Excellent punctuality and time-keeping.
• Strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vans on designated waste and recycling routes.
• Load, load and deliver heavy goods.
• Perform daily vehicle checks and report defects.
• Use in-cab tech to update routes and collections.

Shifts

Monday-Friday

Start times 10:00-18:30

Rates of Pay: £13.77 per hour/ Guaranteed 8 hours per day

Day-to-Day Duties

• Driving: Safely operate company vans on designated waste and recycling collection routes.
• Loading: Collect, load, and deliver heavy goods.
• Vehicle Checks: Complete daily walk-around checks and report any vehicle defects.
• Technology: Use mobile devices and in-cab tech to update route and collection

Essential Skills

• Valid UK Category B driving licence
• Minimum 12 month's experience driving Category B vehicles
• No more than six penalty points (minor infringements only)
• Good knowledge of the UK road network
• Ability to speak and read a good level of English
• Excellent punctuality and time-keeping
• Strong understanding of traffic laws and regulations
