Interaction Recruitment is recruiting a Saturday multi-drop van driver to join our client in St Albans. The role involves delivering and collecting waste on designated routes.

You will operate company vans, perform daily vehicle checks, and use in-cab tech to update routes. Good English and punctuality are essential.

Shifts start at 07:00 with a guaranteed 8 hours per day. Benefits include weekly pay, an on-site canteen, and immediate starts.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Category B driving licence.
• Minimum 12 months' experience driving Category B vehicles.
• No more than six penalty points (minor infringements only).
• Good knowledge of the UK road network.
• Ability to speak and read a good level of English.
• Excellent punctuality and time-keeping.
• Strong understanding of traffic laws and regulations.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Driving: Safely operate company vans on designated waste and recycling collection routes.
• Loading: Collect, load, and empty commercial waste bins and containers.
• Vehicle Checks: Complete daily walk-around checks and report any vehicle defects.
• Technology: Use mobile devices and in-cab tech to update route and collection
