Job summary
Total Integrated Solutions (TIS) Ltd in Birmingham is seeking a proactive Multi-Disciplined Engineer to service and maintain Access Control, Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Fire Alarms and Networking across client sites.
The role requires a customer-focused engineer with at least 3 years’ experience, a full UK driving licence and a willingness to undertake fire alarm training to become fully multi-disciplined. Career progression opportunities are available.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in maintenance and repair of the relevant systems.
- Willingness to undertake fire alarm training and develop multi-disciplined skills.
- Ability to complete documentation accurately using service management systems.
Responsibilities
- Service and maintain Access Control, Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Fire Alarms and Networking systems.
- Assist with commissioning of systems as required.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality service on site.
- Complete timesheets and job reports in the company system.
- Adhere to health and safety procedures and participate in on-call rota.
