Job summary

Total Integrated Solutions (TIS) Ltd is hiring a Maintenance Engineer for Nottinghamshire to service fire and security systems across multiple client sites. The role requires a proactive, customer-focused approach and a valid UK driving licence.

You will develop skills while working within a supportive, accredited business. The position involves planned maintenance on Fire Alarm, Access Control, Intruder Alarm and CCTV systems, ensuring high standards and timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining fire and security systems and knowledge of CCTV, intruder, and intercom systems.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• L3 FIA qualification and IPAF licence are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned maintenance on Fire Alarm Systems, Access Control, Intruder Alarm and CCTV.
• Complete work to a high standard and ensure customer satisfaction before leaving site.
• Accurately complete job reports and timesheets using the company service management system.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety procedures and best practice.
• Participate in out-of-hours callout rota and represent the business professionally.
