Job summary

Total Integrated Solutions Ltd is expanding its Engineering team and seeks a Maintenance Engineer to service fire and security systems across multiple client sites.

The role emphasizes a customer-focused, professional approach, with opportunities to develop technical skills within a supportive, accredited business.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with out-of-hours callouts as required; IPAF licence preferred and a full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining fire and security systems.
• IPAF licence.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience maintaining fire and security systems.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned maintenance on a variety of systems, including Fire Alarm Systems, Access Control, Intruder Alarm and CCTV.
• Complete work to a high standard and ensure customer satisfaction before leaving site.
• Complete all required documentation accurately, including job reports and timesheets, using the Company’s service management system.
• Maintain compliance with relevant health and safety procedures and best practice.
• Participate in the Company’s out-of-hours callout rota.
• Represent the business professionally when interacting with clients and colleagues.
• Deliver a high-quality service to customers at all times.
