Job summary

TFG London is seeking an exceptional Store Manager to lead our multi-brand Liverpool store, part of the new Brand House at Liverpool One. You’ll unite Hobbs, Phase Eight, Whistles and White Stuff under one roof and drive the store’s performance across five brands.

You’ll inspire, coach and develop a diverse team, own sales and KPIs, deliver outstanding customer service on the shop floor, and shape the customer experience in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Qualifications

• Experienced retail leader able to manage a high-performing team.
• Ability to interpret KPIs and balance people and performance.
• Experience leading across multiple brands in a fast-paced environment.
