A managed services provider in Manchester is looking for multiple Network Support Engineers for L1 and L2 roles. This position involves troubleshooting complex network issues and providing second-line support in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. Candidates should have 2-3+ years of experience, strong knowledge in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and hands-on experience with WLAN solutions and firewall administration. Qualifications

• 2–3+ years experience in a network support role, ideally within an MSP environment.
• Strong fundamentals across TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and switching.
• Calm, analytical problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer and partner incidents within defined SLAs.
• Provide 2nd line support for customer LAN, WLAN, firewall, and routing environments.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rota.
