Qualifications

• Strong experience supporting Cisco switching environments.
• Solid networking fundamentals across routing, switching, and WAN connectivity.
• Experience with firewalls (ASA / Firepower or equivalent).
• Understanding of VPNs and BGP.
• Comfortable operating in a support-heavy, operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain a Cisco-based enterprise network.
• Deliver switch refresh and upgrade projects.
• Provide 2nd/3rd line network support.
• Manage and troubleshoot firewall and VPN technologies.
• Work closely with stakeholders to resolve incidents.
