Qualifications

• Experience in a network support role, ideally within an MSP environment.
• Demonstrable experience delivering Managed WiFi and Managed Firewall solutions.
• Strong background in Managed LAN environments, including VLANs, switching and routing.

Responsibilities

• Handle 2nd line support across Managed LAN, WLAN and firewall environments.
• Ensure all solutions are delivered within SLA.
• Diagnose and resolve switching, routing, RF and firewall issues.
