Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking an MSP Field Engineer to support clients across various industries. You will combine customer-facing support with technical project work and infrastructure maintenance.

The role involves on-site visits, incident management, troubleshooting networks and servers, installing hardware and software, and regular reporting. Based in the UK, the role covers external IT collaboration and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a relevant IT role.
• Microsoft 365 expertise covering Email, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support to a broad client base.
• Attend customer sites as required.
• Manage incidents through the support system.
• Troubleshoot networking and server issues.
• Install and support hardware and software.
• Escalate service-impacting issues appropriately.
• Monitor customer systems and generate reports.
• Maintain ticketing records and technical notes.
• Support critical incidents and planned maintenance.
