Job summary

Bennetts is seeking an IT Support Specialist to maintain IT systems across its head office in St Albans and branch network. The role centres on Microsoft 365 admin, end-user device management, cybersecurity, and network troubleshooting.

You will travel across branch locations to install, configure, and support workstations and network equipment, ensuring secure and reliable IT services for all staff.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting and administering a Microsoft 365 tenancy.
• Experience configuring, enrolling, deploying, and supporting Windows workstations and laptops.
• Experience troubleshooting network connectivity and infrastructure issues.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across multiple sites.
• Customer-focused with clear communication with colleagues and external providers.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage the organisation’s Microsoft 365 tenancy, ensuring security and reliability.
• Liaise with tenancy provider to resolve issues and manage changes.
• Assist with configuration, administration, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 services.
• Configure, enroll, deploy, and support workstations and network equipment across locations.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and device configuration issues.
• Ensure devices meet IT and cybersecurity standards.
• Provide technical support for branch network infrastructure and connectivity.
• Troubleshoot network faults and coordinate with third-party providers.
• Maintain reliable network connectivity across all locations.
• Provide support for the Autopart application at branches.
• Collaborate with MAM to troubleshoot issues and implement features.
• Assist branches with new functionality and system setups.
• Provide clear technical guidance to branch colleagues to minimise disruption.
