Job summary

Centrick is seeking a Valuation professional to carry out a range of valuations across residential and commercial sectors in the Midlands, with occasional travel to other areas. You will participate in site inspections, measure sites, and compile valuation reports in collaboration with Valuation Directors.

Ideal candidates are MRICS-qualified, highly numerate with strong report writing, and hold a full driving licence with access to a car.

Qualifications

• MRICS-qualified surveyor with an in-depth understanding of Midlands property markets.
• Numerate with strong report writing and attention to detail.
• Valid driving licence and access to own car.

Responsibilities

• Carry out valuations across residential and commercial sectors.
• Participate in site inspections and measure sites accurately.
• Compile property information and valuation reports; collaborate with Directors.
• Review occupational leases and evaluate impact on property value.
