Job summary

Centrick is seeking a MRICS-qualified Valuation professional to cover residential and commercial sectors across the Midlands, with occasional travel to other areas. You will measure sites, compile information and create detailed valuation reports, collaborating with Valuation Directors to nurture client relationships.

Ideal candidates are highly numerate with strong report writing, excellent organisation, and a full, valid driving licence with access to a car.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification and valuation expertise required
• Strong numeracy and attention to detail for accurate reporting
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Full, valid driving licence with access to a car

Responsibilities

• Carry out valuations across residential and commercial sectors in the Midlands.
• Participate in site inspections, measure sites and buildings accurately.
• Compile property information, create valuation reports and liaise with Valuation Directors.
• Review occupational leases and evaluate their impact on property value.
