Job summary

Centrick, a residential property expert, is seeking a Valuation professional to perform valuations across the Midlands with occasional travel. You will contribute to site inspections, measure sites, and prepare comprehensive valuation reports under the guidance of Valuation Directors.

The role requires MRICS qualification, strong numeracy, and excellent report-writing abilities, plus a full driving licence and access to a car for site visits.

Qualifications

• MRICS-qualified surveyor with deep knowledge of Midlands property markets.
• Strong numerical and reporting skills essential for valuation work.
• Ability to work in team and independently with good organisation.

Responsibilities

• Carry out valuations for residential and commercial sectors across the Midlands with some travel.
• Participate in site inspections and measure sites/buildings accurately.
• Compile property information and create valuation reports; support Valuation Directors in client relationships.
• Review leases and assess their impact on property value.
