Job summary

Centrick is seeking a MRICS-qualified Valuation professional to undertake a range of residential and commercial valuations across the Midlands, with occasional travel. You will participate in site inspections, measure sites and compile valuation reports, collaborating with Valuation Directors to nurture client relationships.

You will review leases and assess their impact on property value while applying strong numeracy, attention to detail and excellent report-writing skills.

Qualifications

• MRICS-qualified surveyor with strong knowledge of Midlands markets.
• Highly numerate with excellent report writing and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently, with a full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out valuations across residential and commercial sectors in the Midlands with occasional travel.
• Participate in site inspections, measure sites accurately and compile reports.
• Collaborate with Valuation Directors to nurture client relationships.
• Review occupational leases and evaluate their impact on property value.
