Job summary

Centrick is seeking a MRICS-qualified Valuation professional to join our Midlands team. You will carry out residential and commercial valuations, conduct site inspections, measure sites, and prepare reports while supporting Valuation Directors to nurture client relationships.

Travel to other areas as needed, strong numeracy, and excellent report writing are essential. A full, valid driving licence and access to a car are required.

Qualifications

• MRICS-qualified surveyor with strong knowledge of Midlands property markets.
• Proficient in preparing valuation reports and client liaison.
• Excellent numeracy and attention to detail with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Carry out valuations across residential and commercial sectors across the Midlands with occasional travel.
• Participate in site inspections and measure sites/buildings accurately.
• Compile property information and create valuation reports; support Valuation Directors in client relationships.
• Review occupational leases and evaluate impact on property value.
