Job summary

Centrick is seeking an MRICS-qualified Valuation professional to cover residential and commercial sectors across the Midlands with some travel. You will participate in site inspections, measure properties, compile detailed valuation reports and support the Valuation Directors in client relationship management.

Applicants should be highly numerate with superb reporting skills, be an IT-savvy team player who can also work independently, and hold a valid driving licence with access to a car.

Qualifications

• MRICS-qualified surveyor with strong knowledge of Midlands property markets.
• Highly numerate with attention to detail and strong report writing skills.
• Proficient IT user with a full, valid driving licence and access to own car.

Responsibilities

• Carry out valuations across residential and commercial sectors in the Midlands with occasional travel.
• Conduct site inspections and measure sites and buildings accurately.
• Compile property information, create valuation reports and collaborate with Valuation Directors.
• Review occupational leases and evaluate their impact on property value.
