Job summary

Centrick is seeking a MRICS-qualified Valuation professional to perform residential and commercial valuations across the Midlands, with occasional travel to other areas. You will participate in site inspections, measure properties, and contribute to detailed valuation reports.

The role requires strong numeracy, excellent report writing, and the ability to work both in a team and independently. A full driving licence and access to a car are essential.

Qualifications

• MRICS-qualified surveyor with Midlands market knowledge and valuation experience.
• Strong numeracy, attention to detail, and accurate reporting.
• Valid driving licence and access to a car for occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Carry out valuations across residential and commercial sectors, Midlands-based with some travel.
• Attend site inspections to measure sites and buildings accurately.
• Prepare comprehensive valuation reports and support client relationships with Valuation Directors.
• Review occupational leases and assess their impact on property value.
