Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Leeds is seeking an experienced Associate to join our Asset Services team, taking ownership of a diverse commercial property portfolio. You will work closely with investors, landlords and occupiers to deliver exceptional property management services, with a focus on operational and financial management and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Degree in Real Estate, Property Management or related field.
• MRICS qualification preferred or working towards.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, driving operational excellence and maximising asset value.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, occupiers, landlords, investors and stakeholders.
• Ensure lease obligations, regulations, health & safety compliance and risk management.
• Prepare and oversee budgets, financial reporting, rent collection and service charge management.
• Conduct inspections and oversee maintenance activities.
• Oversee contractors and service partners to deliver services across the portfolio.
• Support sustainability and ESG initiatives to improve asset performance.
• Resolve property issues with high levels of customer service.
• Support business development and grow client relationships.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a high-performing culture.
