Job summary

Notion4 Ltd in Swindon is seeking an experienced MRICS Residential Surveyor to join our growing independent practice. The role focuses on residential surveying and valuation work, plus developing client relationships and contributing to the growth of the business. You will undertake pre-purchase Home Surveys (Level 1-3), Red Book valuations, leases and other surveys, work across BS, BA, GL, SN postcodes, with a strong emphasis on SN and GL areas and business development.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification or equivalent required.
• Experience with RICS pre-purchase surveys and Red Book valuations.
• Proven ability to generate leads and develop client relationships.
• Willingness to cover wider area during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Undertake RICS Home Surveys Level 1–3.
• Perform Red Book valuations including capital gains tax, probate, Help to Buy and shared ownership valuations.
• Insurance reinstatement/BCIS assessments.
• Leasehold extension valuations.
• Specific Defect Surveys and claims investigations.
• Liaise with clients, professionals and suppliers.
• Generate leads and contribute to business development.
• Peer to Peer supervision and involvement in internal initiatives.
