Job summary

GCB Recruitment is seeking a Residential Surveyor in the United Kingdom to deliver Level 2 Home Surveys, Level 3 Building Surveys, and Red Book valuations for residential properties. The role offers remote/hybrid working with flexible hours, supporting a reputable multi-disciplinary practice.

MRICS or AssocRICS qualification is preferred, with a Registered Valuer status advantageous and strong reporting skills.

Qualifications

• MRICS or AssocRICS qualification required.
• Registered Valuer status preferred.
• Proven experience carrying out residential surveys and valuations.
• Strong report-writing and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Level 2 Home Surveys and Level 3 Building Surveys (training provided).
• Complete Red Book Valuations and bespoke Building Surveys for residential properties.
• Deliver private and panel valuation work and coordinate appointments.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure reports are accurate and timely.
