Notion4 Ltd is seeking an experienced MRICS Residential Surveyor to join our growing independent practice. The role focuses on residential surveying and valuation work, plus developing client relationships and contributing to business growth.

Responsibilities include performing RICS pre-purchase surveys, Red Book valuations, BCIS assessments, leasehold extensions and defect surveys, with coverage across BS, BA, GL and SN postcodes.

Qualifications

• MRICS Chartered Surveyor status with residential surveying experience.
• Experience with Red Book valuations and pre-purchase Home Surveys.
• Strong client relations and business development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking RICS pre-purchase Level 1, 2 and 3 Home Surveys.
• Carrying out Red Book valuations including CGT, probate, Help to Buy and Shared Ownership.
• Insurance reinstatement/BCIS assessments and leasehold extension valuations.
• Defect surveys and claims investigations; liaising with clients and professionals.
• Generating leads and contributing to business development.
• Peer supervision and involvement in related surveyor initiatives.
• Cover across BS, BA, GL and SN postcodes with focus on SN/GL areas.
