Notion4 Ltd is seeking an experienced MRICS Residential Surveyor to join our growing independent practice. The role centers on residential surveying and valuation work, while developing client relationships and contributing to business growth.

The successful candidate will undertake RICS pre-purchase Home Surveys (Levels 1–3), Red Book valuations (CGT, probate, Help to Buy, Shared Ownership), leasehold extensions and defect surveys, with regional coverage focused on SN/GL and nearby postcodes.

Formación

• MRICS chartered surveyor with residential valuation experience.
• Experience with RICS pre-purchase Home Surveys (Level 1–3).
• Experience with Red Book valuations including CGT, probate, Help to Buy and Shared Ownership.
• Knowledge of leasehold extensions and defect surveys.

Responsabilidades

• Undertake Home Surveys, valuations and related client work.
• Maintain relationships with clients and professionals.
• Develop business through lead generation and networking.
• Provide cover across SN/GL postcodes and surrounding areas as needed.
