Job summary

NORTHERN RECRUITMENT GROUP LIMITED is seeking a motivated AssocRICS Residential Surveyor to join our team in Bristol. This role offers autonomy and the opportunity to undertake mortgage valuations alongside RICS Home Surveys. The ideal candidate will manage their own workload from home and produce accurate, compliant reports.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of residential construction and building pathology.
• Ability to produce accurate, detailed, and commercially sound reports.
• Experience completing Level 2 and Level 3 surveys independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal and external residential property inspections.
• Complete Mortgage Valuations in accordance with lender requirements.
• Produce high-quality RICS Home Surveys including Level 1, 2, and 3.

Skills

Strong understanding of residential construction

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Self-motivated with strong organisational skills

Experience identifying common residential property defects
