Qualifications

• Full RICS qualification and MRICS membership with relevant experience in property or estate management.
• Experience in managing property portfolios, including commercial, operational and land assets.

Responsibilities

• Manage leases, licenses, and rights over Council land and property
• Conduct property inspections and valuations using RICS standards
• Support regeneration and development projects across the region
• Maximise income from Council-owned commercial assets
• Contribute to strategic property initiatives
• Maintain accurate property data and risk registers
• Liaise with consultants, developers, and public bodies
• Prepare reports for committees and funding bodies
• Promote innovative working practices and customer-focused outcomes
• Represent the Council at public and stakeholder events
