Job summary
Veolia in Wolverhampton is seeking an experienced MRF Team Leader to drive safety, efficiency and customer service at our facility. The role covers night shifts Sunday-Thursday, 40 hours per week, with a base salary of £40,000 per annum plus benefits.

Qualifications
- Experience with CMS systems
- Understanding of waste hierarchy principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Google platform tools
- Knowledge of Working Time Directive regulations
- IOSH Managing Safely certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Operate MRF facility with focus on safety and customer service
- Serve as primary contact for service users and provide guidance
- Coach staff to build strong team dynamics
- Demonstrate leadership and engage with stakeholders
- Monitor KPIs and maintain housekeeping standards
- Manage performance and attendance documentation
- Ensure safety policy compliance and lead by example
