Veolia, Mansfield, is seeking staff for the Material Recovery Facility (MRF). The role involves sorting and separating recyclable materials, maintaining a clean work area, and covering other positions as needed. Overtime is available to meet demand, with 37.5 hours per week on a two-week rota.

Qualifications

• Similar operational / manual handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure recycling materials are separated to meet the required standards.
• Sort out individual materials on the sorting conveyor.
• Keep the work area clean and tidy.
• Undertake the cleaning duties of the plant.
• Provide cover for other positions within the MRF when necessary.
• Operate mobile plant and balers when required (training completed).
