Job summary

Veolia Environmental Services (UK) Plc is seeking an MRF Operative in Mansfield to sort and separate recycling materials on the conveyor, maintain a clean work area, and support cleaning duties across the plant. You may cover other roles within the MRF as needed and will receive training to operate mobile plant and balers.

The role offers 37.5 hours per week on a two-week rota, with shifts 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm, at the Mansfield MRF, NG19 0FL, with benefits including training and development and

Qualifications

Experience in operational/manual handling duties.
Able to work as part of a team.
Willing to operate mobile plant and balers after training.
Flexible to cover other positions within the MRF when necessary.

Responsibilities

Ensure recycling materials are separated to meet required standards.
Sort out materials on sorting conveyor.
Keep the work area clean and tidy.
Undertake the cleaning duties of the plant.
Provide cover for other positions within the MRF when necessary.
Operate mobile plant and balers when required (training completed).
