Veolia ES Birmingham Limited in Wolverhampton is seeking an MRF Team Leader to drive safety and exceptional customer service while delivering company objectives. You will operate the MRF facility, act as the main contact for service users, and coach staff to maintain high performance and strong team dynamics.

The role requires knowledge of CMS systems, understanding waste hierarchy, and solid IT skills with Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• CMS proficiency and practical application.
• Understanding of waste hierarchy and recycling processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Solid IT skills, especially Google Workspace.
• IOSH Managing Safely certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRF facility with emphasis on safety and customer service while meeting company objectives.
• Serve as primary contact for service users, providing recycling guidance and support.
• Coach and mentor staff to build and maintain strong team dynamics.
• Lead by example, upholding Veolia values and engaging with stakeholders.
• Monitor and report KPIs with high housekeeping standards and clear communication.
• Manage employee performance and attendance through proper documentation and reviews.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and legal requirements.
