Job summary

CAE Inc at the London Gatwick Training Centre in Crawley seeks an MPL Training Manager to lead the delivery of CAE's MPL and easyJet training programmes. You will ensure activities comply with ATO approvals, manuals, syllabi, SOPs, and customer requirements, while coordinating courseware, assessments, and records for students and instructors.

Reporting to the Manager Training Services, you will collaborate with the Head of Training, standards, and airline customers to drive training excellence

Qualifications

• Hold or have held ICAO‑compliant pilot licence (ATPL/CPL/MPL) or equivalent; instructor qualification preferred.
• Experience in ATO training delivery and instructor standardisation.
• Experience with MPL, ab initio CBTA training, or related pilot training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver MPL and easyJet platform training per approvals and SOPs.
• Manage courseware, lesson plans, grading forms, and student/instructor materials.
• Monitor attendance, progress, and training records for regulatory and reporting needs.
• Coordinate qualified instructors, examiners and standards personnel.
• Support governance forums and student progression reviews.
