Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified civilian or military instructor with at least two years’ experience delivering effective technical instruction.

Responsibilities

• Design, tailor and deliver maintenance training for customers.
• Deliver training at Crawley training centre and at customer sites internationally.
• Review and adapt baseline training materials and courseware for customer configurations.
• Prepare customer-specific training materials for validation before delivery.
• Analyse aircraft, equipment and wiring drawings to support training development.
