Job summary

CMR is seeking a Senior Planner to join our airport infrastructure programme. You will lead Level 3/4 P6 scheduling for airfield and civils works, support NEC contract administration, and deliver regular progress reporting for multidisciplinary teams at Gatwick.

Immediate start with a 3-day on-site pattern. The role requires strong experience in heavy civils scheduling, what-if modelling and stakeholder coordination, with UK security clearance likely.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years planning/scheduling on major construction or infrastructure programmes.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 – schedule development and what-if modelling.
• Experience managing NEC3/NEC4 contracts, including delay analysis and compensation events.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across client, contractor and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and progress the Level 3/4 P6 programme for Airfield & Civils works.
• Support NEC contract administration – reviewing programmes, compensation events and delay analysis.
• Produce weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards and trend analyses for the programme team.
• Work with commercial, risk and design teams to align cost, schedule and change control.
• Attend and contribute to progress meetings, presenting schedule status to stakeholders.
• Support what-if scenario modelling as scope evolves and inform re-baselining where required.
• Help embed consistent planning standards within the growing team.
